Thomson Brothers have been busy over the past few months, with projects continuing in the Barbican, along with several in the West End. During this time we have relocated our workshops from North London up to Hertfordshire and moved our London office up to the top floor of our current building – the natural daylight, birds’-eye views and the extra stairs exercise have enhanced our office staff’s physical and mental well-being!
The relocation of our workshop was needed to accommodate our new, semi-automated CNC machine, which has enabled us to keep up-to-date with modern manufacturing processes. With our MD’s innovation; the PEANUT® Connecting System – which he invented to maximise efficiency on our new machine – we are able to produce bespoke cabinets and other furniture quickly and accurately, which is then expertly finished and fitted by our skilled craftsmen. Thomson Brothers is the parent company to Intelligent Fixings, who manufacture and supply the patent pending PEANUT® system, if you haven’t already, take a look at http://www.intelligentfixings.com to see why the PEANUT® is causing such a stir in the furniture connecting world.
